一昨年来、ご協力を賜りました日独オーケストラ民間大使プログラムは、2011年9月30日～10月2日に開催致しました「日独交流展覧会」をもちまして事業が全て終了となりました。

昨年3月11日の東日本大震災及び原発事故のために、ドイツ高校生オーケストラグループの来日が中止となり、4月22日からの「ドイツ高校生グループ来日プログラム」と4月12日からの「日独交流展覧会」は中止となりましたが、7月16日～7月26日の間「ドイツ音楽祭参加旅行プログラム」として29名でドイツへ出かけました。訪独中、7月17日には、ドイツ・バートメルゲントハイム市のクアパークで日独交流コンサートを開催、7月20日には、バーデン・ヴュルテンベルグ州スクール・オーケストラ・デイズ音楽祭に演奏参加致しました。この音楽祭には、様々な地域から立ち上がったグループが参加しており、様々な音楽グループとの交流、また日独合同の演奏など、大変貴重な経験が出来ました。そして7月22日には、ベルリン市市役所（赤の市庁舎）の大ホールで、独日協会、ＰＴＰＩヨーロッパの皆様の協力のもと、コンサートを開催し、夏休みの金曜の夜にもかかわらず200人以上の方々に来て頂き大盛況のうちにコンサートを終了致しました。バーメルゲントハイムではホームステイも体験し、音楽交流とともにドイツの文化、生活を体験した旅行となりました。

また、一旦中止となりました「日独交流展覧会」も改めて9月30日から3日間、ＪＲ甲府駅ペデストリアンデッキで開催し、「ドイツと山梨の交流について」、「ドイツユネスコ世界遺産」や「ベルリンの壁崩壊記念」の写真パネル展示、ドイツの物産や日独交流のマスコット「マウス」などを広く県民の皆様に紹介することが出来、多くの皆様にご来場頂くことが出来ました。

ゼロからスタート致しました本事業が無事終了出来ましたのは、ひとえに関係者の皆様の企画準備から本日に至るまでのご理解とご尽力の賜物と心より感謝致しております。本当にありがとうございました。

またいつの日か、ドイツから高校生オーケストラグループが来日する機会がございましたら皆様にはお知らせしたいと思っております。

昨年は日本にとりまして悲しく苦しい出来事が沢山ありました。しかし、復興に向け心をひとつに人と人との絆を確認できた年でもありました。どうぞ、迎えた新しい年2012年が明るい年でありますように。

バートメルゲントハイム、ベルリンでのコンサート、及び音楽祭での演奏

は、全て大成功でした。7月26日に全員無事帰国し、プログラムは終了致

しました。皆さまのご協力ありがとうございました。

日独オーケストラ民間大使プログラム一部事業中止のお知らせ

この度の東北地方太平洋沖地震により被災された皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

平素は、私どものプログラムに深いご理解とご協力を賜り誠にありがとうございます。心より御礼申し上げます。

このプログラムは、かねてから交流のあったドイツ・バートメルゲントハイム市のギムナジウムオーケストラグループの強い要望でドイツと日本の交流事業として約3年前に計画がスタート致し、両国で多くの皆様のご尽力も得て、今日まで企画実現のために準備を重ねて参りました。しかしながら、1000年に一度ともいえる3月11日の震災による被害は大きく、今も様々な緊急対応が日々なされております。また、ドイツをはじめ、世界各国におきましても様々な支援とともに危機管理がなされております。

こうした状況を踏まえ、震災発生以来、ドイツの関係者と何度も話し合いを重ねた結果、ドイツからの来日プログラムは中止とさせて頂くことになりました。ドイツの学生達は山梨訪問を本当に楽しみにしており、今回の決定を心から残念に思っております。しかし、ドイツ側の不安とともに、この不安定な状況下で完全な受け入れも困難と考え、来日プログラム中止との判断を致しました。

つきましては、4月23日山梨県立県民文化ホールで開催予定のドイツユースオーケストラコンサート、ホームステイ受け入れ、学校訪問などの一連事業の中止。また、山梨県立県民文化ホール、およびＪＲ甲府駅北口にて開催予定の「日独交流展覧会」(4月12日～4月23日)とその関連事業　の延期(もしくは中止)とさせて頂きます。

なお、7月のドイツへの訪問プログラムは予定通り行ないます。

ご協力を頂いております皆様には、大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことをお詫び申し上げますとともに、ご理解を頂きたくお願い申し上げます。

Notice regarding changes in program contents. 

We would first like to express our thoughts to all the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Due to the 3/11 disaster and the accident in Fukushima nuclear power plant, parts of the program contents have been modified.

- 1) Exhibition on Japanese-German relations.

The exhibition scheduled between April 12th ~ 23rd will be postponed to spring.

- 2) German Youth Ambassador program: a youth orchestra composed of German high school students will be welcome to Japan.

Due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear power plant accident, the youth orchestra had to cancel their trip to Japan. As a result, the concert scheduled on April 23rd, the home-stay exchange and the visit to Yamanashi prefecture high schools were cancelled.

- 3) Japanese ambassadors program

The visit to Germany scheduled between July 16th ~ 26th will be carried out as planned. From July 18th ~ 20th, the group will perform on the last day of the music festival held in Bad Mergentheim city. In Bad Mergentheim city on July 17th and Berlin city hall on July 23th, a joint concert with German students will be performed. Homestays and discovery programs are also scheduled.

Furthermore, with the encouragements of the members visiting Germany, the German Ambassador in Japan visited Yamanashi Prefecture on April 12th, sharing the opportunity for cultural exchange with Yamanashi citizens. While it is regretful that the German side had to cancel their trip to Japan, we have now started active preparations for our visit to Germany in July.

2011 marks the 150 years of Japanese-German diplomatic relations. In both countries, many events are held to celebrate this occasion.

In Yamanashi as well, the “Japan-Germany Orchestra Ambassador Program” is being organized. We started to plan this program three years ago as an exchange activity between Japan and Germany, in response to the strong desire of the Gymnasium Orchestra Group of Bad Mergentheim city in Germany.

This program aims to promote exchange through music, culture and home stay with the following activities:

- 1) An exhibition on the Japanese-German relations

- 2) German Youth Ambassador Program: a youth orchestra composed of German high school students will be welcome to Japan.

- 3) A program to send Japanese ambassadors to Germany to participate in a music festival.

Through this program, we hope that participants will strengthen the mutual bond and understanding with each other, and therefore develop a deeper understanding and stronger friendship and peace between the two countries.

We were also able to prepare this event with the efforts of everyone in both countries, hoping for young people to be the energy of tomorrow. We sincerely hope that more people will learn about this program and even participate in this wonderful exchange opportunity.
